All appointment bookings and requests are done easily through my online booking site- Vagaro.com.
Can't find the appointment day or time that works for you? Add yourself to the waitlist. Everyone's schedule seems to be changing these days and this will ensure that you have first dibs on your most desired time.
Cancellation & Rescheduling
Cancelling and rescheduling your appointment is just as easy through Vagaro.
-If you schedule a color service that is 4 hours or longer, you must give a 48 hour notice of cancellation. If not cancelled before that time frame, a $100 booking fee will be required before rescheduling.
-If you schedule an extension service and cancel within 48 hours of your appointment, a new $300 booking fee will be required before rescheduling.
If possible, I will try my best to accommodate late arrivals if it does not compromise the final outcome that is being achieved.
I'm so thankful to say that with illness of all types and degrees out there, clients have been extremely respectful about notifying when symptoms arise and adjusting appointments accordingly. I thank you in advance for doing the same.
Masking up in our salon is optional.

If you have challenges with your cut or color, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I am happy to correct the issue at no additional charge to you if you're available within a 2 week window from the date of your original appointment.
If you're a returning guest, the same adjustment policy applies above. For first time guests, you will be booking a 1 week zoom or in person follow up and we can discuss your need either before that time or at the 7 day followup
